What is the working principle of the automatic bearing gap detector?

The working principle of the Automatic Bearing Clearance Testing Machine involves the collaborative work of the measurement system, data processing system and automatic control system. The bearing to be tested is placed on the fixture or fixture of the testing machine to ensure that it is in the correct position and attitude. The control system analyzes and calculates the collected data based on a predetermined algorithm, and accurately calculates the radial or axial clearance of the bearing by comparing data from different measurement points. The measurement results will be displayed on the display and recorded in the database. The system can generate detailed measurement reports, including bearing clearance values, measurement time, operator information, etc.

The entire measurement process is managed by an automated control system, which controls bearing loading, sensor readings, data processing, and result display and recording, ensuring that the measurement process is fast, accurate and consistent. Equipment usually has a feedback mechanism. If anomalies or deviations in measurement data are detected, the system will prompt the operator to check and correct, or automatically adjust equipment parameters to correct measurement errors. In some high-precision measurement applications, the equipment may be equipped with a temperature and humidity control system to reduce the impact of environmental factors on the measurement results. Through these steps, the automatic bearing clearance detector can measure the bearing clearance efficiently and accurately to ensure the performance and life of the bearing in practical applications.
