Function Introduction:
Loading mechanism: automatic loading of bearings;
Flexibility adopts the fiber optic ball finding method. The stepper motor drives the outer ring of the product to rotate, and the fiber optic senses the steel ball. The number of bearing rings is calculated by calculating the number of steel balls through data. Imitate manual selection flexibility and low misjudgment rate.
Clearance detection: vertical measurement method (repeated 10 times for a single product with a measurement deviation of ≤ 1um)
NG product removal: The flexibility and clearance detection range can be set by oneself. If the detection structure exceeds the set range, it will be considered as NG product and automatically removed.
