Working principle of automatic bearing parts cleaning machine

Cleaning of bearing parts is an important part that cannot be ignored in the entire bearing manufacturing process. During the manufacturing and use process, bearing parts may be affected by factors such as environment, transportation, and storage, causing their surfaces to be contaminated with dirt, dust, and grease. These impurities may interfere with the normal operation of the bearings, so cleaning is necessary.
Automatic bearing parts cleaning machine can reduce human resource investment and reduce costs. Before official cleaning, the automatic cleaning machine will perform pre-cleaning. The main purpose of this stage is to remove large particles of dirt and grease from the surface of the part. This step involves using a high-pressure nozzle or spray system to spray a cleaning agent or solvent onto the surface of the part to loosen and remove most impurities. Uncleaned bearing parts can introduce external impurities that can cause wear, damage and early failure during operation. By cleaning, these potential problems can be reduced.
Once pre-cleaning is complete, the parts move into the main cleaning phase. At this stage, the cleaning machine uses hot water, detergent or other cleaning solvents to evenly spray the cleaning liquid on the surface of the part through high-pressure nozzles or spray systems. The chemical composition and temperature of the cleaning solution are carefully controlled to ensure effective removal of grease, dirt and other contaminants. After the main cleaning is completed, the parts need to be rinsed and rinsed to remove any remaining cleaning agents or solvents, and finally dried to avoid corrosion or damage during reassembly.
